SuperCards specializes in customized NFC-enabled products including but not limited to NFC Business Cards, Google Review NFC Cards, Social NFC Cards, QR Standees, AI Review Standees, NFC Keychains, NFC Tags, Epoxy Tags, and other personalized branding solutions.

By placing an order with SuperCards, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Nature of Products

Most SuperCards products are custom-made and personalized based on the details provided by the customer, including:

  • Name and designation
  • Contact number and email
  • Company name and logo
  • Social media links
  • QR codes
  • Website links
  • Custom design preferences

Due to the customized nature of our products, they cannot be resold or reused.


2. No Return & No Refund on Customized Products

All customized and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable once:

  • The design has been approved by the customer, and
  • The production process has started.

We strongly advise customers to carefully review all provided details and design proofs before giving final approval.

SuperCards shall not be responsible for errors including but not limited to:

  • Spelling mistakes
  • Incorrect phone numbers or links
  • Incorrect QR codes
  • Design approval errors
  • Wrong information submitted by the customer

Once production begins, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be entertained.


3. Order Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation Before Production

Orders may be cancelled only if:

  • The cancellation request is made before production has started, and
  • No customization work has been completed.

In such cases:

  • A refund may be issued after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and design charges (if applicable).

3.2 Cancellation After Production

Once the design is approved and production begins, cancellation is strictly not allowed.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirements for Claims:

  1. A clear unboxing video (continuous recording from package opening to product inspection)
  2. Clear photographs of the product showing the defect/damage
  3. Order number and purchase details

Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

After verification, SuperCards will:

  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost
    OR
  • Offer a suitable resolution at our discretion.

No cash refund will be provided for damaged or defective items unless replacement is not possible.


5. Courier & Shipping Issues

SuperCards is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Transit damage not supported by unboxing video
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-shipping charges will be applicable.


6. Color & Design Variations

Minor variations in:

  • Color shades
  • Print finish
  • Material texture

may occur due to screen resolution differences and production processes. Such minor differences shall not be considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.


7. Digital NFC Functionality

All NFC products are tested before dispatch. However:

  • NFC functionality may vary depending on phone model and settings.
  • Some devices may require NFC to be enabled manually.
  • Older devices may not support NFC.

SuperCards is not responsible for compatibility issues with unsupported devices.


8. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time may vary depending on bank/payment gateway

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


9. Bulk & Reseller Orders

For bulk orders and reseller orders:

  • No refunds or returns are allowed once production starts.
  • Any defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Special pricing orders are strictly non-refundable.

10. Force Majeure

SuperCards shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation strikes
  • Pandemic-related disruptions
