Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Supercards purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your Supercards must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@supercards.me with your order number and the reason for your request. Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Returns

If you receive a Supercards that is defective or damaged, we will be happy to replace it. To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the card. We may require proof of the damage or defect before we can process the replacement.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Damaged Supercards due to mishandling or misuse by the user
  • Reconfigured Supercards

If your Supercards is damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the user, we are unable to replace or refund it.

To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team at info@supercards.me with your order number and a description of the issue. Once your request is received and approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the Supercard. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your replacement. If your replacement is approved, we will send you a new Supercards within 14 days.
