Can I add my own logo and branding?
Products that support personalization let you provide the artwork and details requested with your order. Available materials, colors, sizes, and design options depend on the product. Check its page or contact our team before ordering.
Can you help with team or bulk orders?
Contact our team with the product, quantity, branding requirements, and your preferred timeline. We can discuss the available options and provide a quote for your requirements.
Do NFC and QR products work with every phone?
NFC tapping requires a compatible, NFC-enabled phone. QR codes can be scanned with a compatible camera or scanner. Check the product page for included features; not every product has the same NFC and QR setup.
Where do I track delivery and review design proofs?
Sign in to your account to see your orders, available shipment updates, invoices, and design proofs. Proof approval is required only for orders that use the design approval process. Delivery options and charges appear at checkout.
How do I activate a product or change its destination?
For a product supplied with an activation code, sign in to your account and open Product activation. Follow the instructions to connect it and manage its destination. Features and subscription terms vary by product and service.
