1.1. Customized Products Policy
Because custom PVC NFC cards, engraved metal cards, wooden cards, and custom standees are tailor-made with your unique name, company logo, and digital link, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
2.2. Subscriptions & Digital Services
For subscription services (such as ZepRank AI review dashboards or premium profile hosting), billing occurs on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings; your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3.3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or physically defective physical product, or if the NFC chip fails to scan within 7 days of delivery, please contact us with video proof. We will issue a free reprint and dispatch it immediately.
