How does the NFC tap work on different smartphones? What if a phone doesn't support NFC?
For iPhones (XS and newer) and most modern Android devices, NFC is enabled by default. Customers simply hold the top back of their phone near the card or standee. If a phone is older or doesn't support NFC, they can scan the printed QR code on the back or front to access the exact same details.

Do I or my customers need to download any application?
No, neither you nor the receiver needs an app. The card uses native NFC technology built into modern smartphones to open your digital profile, review page, or social links in their default browser automatically. Anyone can tap or scan without downloading anything.

How secure is the contact data gathered?
SuperCards respects privacy rules. Any lead data captured through contact forms goes directly to your dashboard and email, invisible to outside parties.

Can I change my details or destination links later?
Yes! All SuperCards products are dynamic. You can log into your SuperCards dashboard at any time to update your contact details, social links, profile picture, Google Review URL, UPI ID, or digital menu link instantly. You don't need a new card or standee.

How does the negative review interception work?
You can set a threshold rating in your dashboard (e.g., 1-3 stars). If a customer selects a low rating, ZepRank quietly routes them to a private feedback form instead of Google. This alerts you immediately via WhatsApp/Email so you can resolve the issue privately.

Is this compliant with Google's policies?
Yes, ZepRank is 100% compliant. We generate AI review drafts to assist the customer with writing, but the customer has full control. They copy the text and voluntarily paste it on Google themselves; we never post reviews programmatically.

Each card links to one primary destination (e.g., Google Reviews or Instagram). If you want a single card to show a menu of all your social links, we recommend our NFC Business Card with a full digital profile instead.

Once you order, our design team coordinates with you on WhatsApp/email to collect assets and prepare a design proof. After approval, the card goes to printing and is dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Is there a monthly or yearly subscription fee?
No. SuperCards hardware (cards, standees) has a one-time cost with no mandatory recurring fees, and basic digital profiles work for life. Optional premium dashboard features or advanced review tools (like ZepRank AI Review Helper for Rs. 499/year) are completely optional.

Can I manage multiple outlets/branches?
Yes. The Starter plan includes 3 branches, the Growth plan includes 6 branches, and the Pro plan handles up to 10 branches. If you run a larger corporate chain or marketing agency, the Enterprise plan supports unlimited branches and offers white-labeled portals.

Absolutely. If you choose a customizable card or standee, our design team will contact you via WhatsApp after you place the order. You can share your logo and brand colors, and we will send a digital proof for your approval before printing or engraving.

What files do I need to send for my custom 3D wall logo?
We prefer vector formats like Adobe Illustrator (.ai), EPS, SVG, or vector PDF. If you only have a raster image (.png or .jpg), send the highest resolution possible. Our designers can trace and vectorize your logo, usually at no extra charge.

How does the LED backlit logo plug in? What wiring is required?
Our LED backlit logos run on a safe 12V DC system with an included 110V/220V power adapter. The wiring hides behind the acrylic backplate. You only need a standard plug point nearby — we supply 5 meters of translucent white wire.

Is it easy to install a 3D wall logo myself?
Yes! Every order includes a full-size 1:1 paper stencil template. Stick it to the wall, drill where marked, screw in the studs, snap the logo onto the spacers, and wire it up. Most standard sizes take under 30 minutes to install.
